2. No Refund

a. All sales are final. Once a payment has been made for our services, XNETICS TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service, unexpected expenses, or a change in your business circumstances.

b. In instances where a client believes they are entitled to a refund due to circumstances they deem exceptional, they must contact XNETICS TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED directly to discuss the matter. However, the decision of XNETICS TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED will be final and binding.

3. No Cancellation

a. Once you commit to availing of our services, you cannot cancel your request or contract. All agreements, once entered into, are binding and cannot be terminated unilaterally.

b. If a project or service has been initiated and you wish to halt or terminate the service for any reason, you will still be liable for the full payment of the agreed-upon price.

4. Exceptions

a. Any exceptions to this Policy will be at the sole discretion of XNETICS TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED and must be agreed upon in writing.

b. Under no circumstances shall verbal commitments or understandings be considered valid in regard to this Policy.
