Blackburn-based 21Digital has delivered a new brand and ecommerce website for Savoy Timber following the lockdown success of its website optimisation, SEO and PPC campaign for the Preston-based doors, decking, worktops and cut-to-size timber supplier.
With demand for garden decking more than doubling during lockdown, 21Digital helped Savoy achieve a triple-digit percentage increase in online transactions, providing a multimillion-pound lift in sales over the last eighteen months.
The agency and client have now worked together to launch the EZYDECKING brand and product range, a new range of composite decking boards that represents a more premium offering to sit alongside Savoy’s existing timber decking range.
As well as the new brand, 21Digital developed all customer touchpoints including product brochure, sample pack and Magento ecommerce website, and also digital marketing via targeted social media and Google Ads.
